Payment
If you would rather not pay by Pay Pal I am happy to take a Cheque or Postal Order.
Cheques made payable to Jane P Crosby. Email me for the
postal address.
Postage
UK
Postage is by First Class post. £1.75
per order. I can't
take responsibility for loss or damage caused by the
postal system but I do get a proof of posting for every order
sent in case of loss. Orders are usually sent within 24 hours of payment
clearance so please make allowances for that if you are paying
by cheque or postal order.
Postage International
I'll
email to advise of the cost of international postage, prior to
accepting payment.
Packaging
The beads will be carefully wrapped in nice tissue, plenty of
bubble wrap and popped into a comfy Jiffy bag.
Returns
If you are not happy with your beads I am happy to return the
cost to you minus postage, please return within 7 days in the
same condition you received them in. As soon as they arrive
safely I will refund you.
